Starter includes 1 practitioner, unlimited appointments and email reminders. Professional adds up to 3 practitioners and automatic Google Calendar sync, with the practitioner’s authorization.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, the free trial lasts 14 days. You create your account at web.citadox.com and start using Citadox right away.

How much do WhatsApp notifications cost?

WhatsApp reminders and confirmations are an add-on to the Professional plan: a subscription plus usage. Patients can confirm or cancel from the chat, with their consent. The WhatsApp account is managed by Citadox; third-party accounts of your own are not supported.

Citadox acts exclusively as a software provider and does not provide medical, care or health services.
